Thermal Oxidizers

Perennial Energy designs and manufactures Thermal Oxidizer Systems that meet or exceed most air quality regulatory management agency requirements for maximum by-product of combustion emissions and minimum destruction and reduction efficiencies (DRE). Various burner technologies can be incorporated in Perennial Thermal Oxidizers, depending on the specific site emission requirements, type of gases to be combusted, and auxiliary gas used. Special attention is given to reliability to minimize down time in order to keep the process online.  All Perennial Thermal Oxidizers waste gas burners feature stainless steel materials of construction, and each one is designed to meet the site-specific waste gas mass balance. Single or multiple waste gases can be combusted.  

Thermal Oxidizers are currently employed as remediation devices where air quality regulations require compliance with minimum reduction and destruction efficiencies along with maximum NOx and CO emissions. Compliance can be verified via industry and EPA standard measurement and monitoring techniques.
